EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Tanya was introduced to Sand Lake Center for the Arts in 2024 during her regional debut as Lillian Hellman in Little Wars. Since starting as SLCA’s executive director in 2025, she is thrilled to be able to take her professional and personal passion and experience to lead SLCA to continued excellence as an artistic hub in a truly wonderful Capital Region community.

Tanya is a marketing and business development/sales leader, producer and actor. She was an executive producer for business development at Butcher Bird Studios and served as integrated marketing leader for small business at Dun & Bradstreet, where she was responsible for the marketing strategy and messaging for her division’s brand, products and initiatives.

ASSISTANT TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Pat has served SLCA as both a volunteer and as a board member, serving one term as secretary and one as treasurer.

Pat has since taken the reins of the SLCA office with strong knowledge of the arts and SLCA as well as excellent administrative skills. She brings a work background of 31 years as a principal insurance examiner for the state of New York. Pat is creating systems and procedures that will endure beyond her tenure.

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT AND SPECIAL EVENTS

Susanne has many years of professional experience in non-profit management, event planning, committee development, volunteer management and fundraising.

She served on the board at Sand Lake Center for the Arts for 12 years, including a three-year term as president.
